Well, on this lovely sunny Monday morning in Montreal, where we are putting away our Habs flags after that 6-4 loss on Saturday evening, some of us may be drudgingly heading off to work.
As a friend would say; things could be worse.
BBC News is just now announcing that, as is often the case with destructive forces of nature in Asia, Cyclone Nargis has now claimed nearly 4000 lives… undoubtedly, this number will go up.
Things are pretty bright in this corner of the world, after all.

Well, Saturday March 9th 2008 will be a night to remember … for once I think all the blizzard, snow hurricane and ice pellet typhoon were all justified.
The day after, I wondered why my wipers had stopped working … so I decided to pop the hood and take a closer look….
